Nearly $5 million realized at Stack's Americana auction

Held in two sessions, the auction offered 3,110 lots of paper money, U.S. coins, world coins, Colonial coins, medals, tokens and other collectible items.

According to Stack's, 479 lots did not sell, for a sell-through rate of 85 percent.
